Situated between freeway interchanges 10 and 11 and to the north of Techno Park, West Central is the second largest of the quarters, with an area of 21m ft² and a population of nearly 60,000. Like East Central, West Central's layout follows the classic pattern of a centrally located Metro station leading through to the hub of the Urban Centre. The Urban Centre is flanked by Trellis Districts, which themselves transition into the more residential Medina Districts.
